4 Steps to Healthier Skin:

1. Keep it clean. Cleanse and moisturize daily.
2. Keep it toned. Environmental debris and pollutants are a factor in your skin's health. Astringents and toners work best for toning the face (they can reduce pore size and help avoid ingrown hairs).
3. Treat your skin. Exfoliate, moisturize after shaving, blot away excess oil, use lip balm with SPF 15.  Avoid heavy fragrant products.
4. Protect your skin. Avoid over exposure to the sun. Use sun block year-round. Stay in shape. Eat right.

SIMPLE SKIN CARE TIPS:

Use gentle non-drying cleansers and apply moisturizers.

Keep skin moisturized as dry skin can develop invisible cracks that allow powerful bacteria and other irritating substances in.

Help prevent skin cancer and wrinkles by using sunscreen (SPF 15 or higher) and wear protective clothing outdoors.
